Hey there! This summer we’re going to dedicate some time to building our courage and increasing our self-confidence. This is an important topic and something all woman can benefit from. As we spend this month learning and thinking about courage and self-confidence, we’ll focus on the goals and obstacles that support or prevent us from creating our dream lives.
So here’s how it will go. For the next 30 days, you’ll find a new blog post on the topic here at www.vimergii.com/30-day-courage-and-self-confidence-challenge every day. I would also like to invite you to sign up for daily emails that remind you to stop by to read each post, become part of the our private online facebook support community here: Stepping into Queen (women only please) to get additional tips and inspiration. Ok, so over the course of this thirty day challenge, we’ll explore the connection between courage and confidence, why both are important and most importantly what we can do daily to become more courageous and increase our self-confidence. In the end we’ll add more tools to our tool kit to enable us to become more confident as we move forward in our lives.
If you’ve been struggling with your own feelings of self-confidence and self-worth, or have let fear stop you from pursuing your BIG dreams, you probably understand how valuable this work can be.
Increasing our level of self-confidence can make us all feel better about ourselves and help us move forward in life and reach for our dreams. Like I always say, “Create the you of your dreams.” Intuitively we know that how courageous and confident we feel has a direct impact on how happy and accomplished we go through life. So, if you are like myself or my many coaching clients, you may find that increasing your courage and self-confidence can change it all!
Are you ready to join me and commit to a month of exploration and work on your own levels of courage and self-confidence? Like anything that involves human growth and self-improvement, it’s not always going to be easy and I will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone from time to time.
But,I promise you it is so worth taking on the challenge and stretching in this area. Go ahead, give it a try. I promises it will be challenge, fun, illuminating and rewarding! Here’s what I ask of you. Commit to signing up and reading each daily email and blog post. It will only take a few minutes each day. I’m sure you’ll get something out of the material and my bet is you’ll be motivated to jump in and implement some of the concepts and techniques I’ll be sharing. That’s it for today. Easy breezy.
What’s up tomorrow? We’ll look at how courage and self-confidence are related. See you then!
